After lengthy consideration and discussions, we have realized that there are several options that will allow BLÄCKFISK to achieve the best in terms of development and performance.
Let’s take it one step at a time, shall we?
The Bots In Person
Considering that BLÄCKFISK is based on its bots, let us take a moment to refresh our memory regarding the way they work.
- The BLÄCKFISK Front Run Bot can bid a higher gas price on a transaction, thus incentivizing users to place it earlier in the order when constructing a block and the higher-paying transactions are thus executed first.
- The BLÄCKFISK Arbitrage Bot takes advantage of the price difference between two or more it extracts profit from the operation in the form of the difference between the market prices at which the asset is traded. Actually we are running final tests on it.
- Also, we have the BLÄCKFISK FlashLoan Bot, but it will come in Q2. For now, we are focused on two bots only.
Based on the mechanism of the bots that we have already described, based on the tests we have conducted during trial runs of the bots, and based on the experience of the bots deployed by other projects, we have concluded that increasing the balance of the bot will result in higher profits.
The formula is easy to get. Increased balance will let bot make higher trades. Also increased balance will increase the amounts of the trades the bot can do.
Let’s check our examples.
Just imagine that the bot’s balance will be doubled. Or tripled. What profits can we get:
There is no limit. We can multiply the balance of the bot by any amount.
Notice, that these profits were calculated only for Front Run Bot. When we’ll launch the Arbitrage Bot, profits look this way:
And the FlashLoan Bot will increase profits. But we didn’t test it, and we can’t be 100% sure about that. But we can suggest, that third bot will double profits.
